As I stepped into my professional journey, I realized that true strength comes from understanding and embracing emotions, not dismissing them. I began reconditioning my mindset—replacing survival-driven habits with a growth-oriented perspective. By doing this, I’ve been able to cultivate better relationships, lead with empathy, and create outcomes rooted in purpose rather than fear.
