I suffered from poor decisions and a lack of good support, which led me to my toxic actions for many years as a young adult. I internalized a mindset of survival that often undervalued emotions and connections. I believed suppressing feelings was the key to staying strong and navigating life’s challenges. While that mindset served me in difficult times, it also became a barrier to personal growth and meaningful relationships. As I stepped into my professional journey, I realized that true strength comes from understanding and embracing emotions, not dismissing them. I began reconditioning my mindset—replacing survival-driven habits with a growth-oriented perspective. By doing this, I’ve been able to cultivate better relationships, lead with empathy, and create outcomes rooted in purpose rather than fear. I was operating my business from a tiny room, all on my own. It was a challenging time, and I had to find help online. I turned to a freelancing platform to get assistance with developing a website for my garage door business and optimizing it for search engines. That’s when I connected with an individual from India who played a crucial role in developing my website. However, as we were working together, the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, wreaking havoc on many businesses. I was repeatedly investing significant funds into my online presence, and it was during this time that I made a pivotal decision. I decided to establish my own company, which led to the birth of Position Punisher Agency. Our mission was to provide website development and local SEO services at affordable rates, not only to support my business but also to assist other local businesses in Ohio in their recovery from the pandemic.
